Ideal process for medium orgs. We’ve grown. We’ve got some budget to invest. We know we our achievements have grown beyond our current capacity. We have at least a few staff dedicated to marketing and communications. And our legacy brand is holding us back. or word it more “it might be that your legacy brand is holding you back”
small orgs. we’re still small, but value the importance of strong design and communication. we have some budget and time to invest, but our needs are less
big orgs feel like they need a conversation but can include orgs wtih multiple program arms, etc. with the explicit understanding that they’re likely going to hire a big firm. big orgs often hire big firms, and that’s totally cool. i’m just me, and you want a team. but if you really like my work and want to chat about it, go here. that’s a little surrender-y
can talk about things you do in the process but need to be careful to not give too many things away, without sounding withholding.
Also need to talk about the various component pieces. because there’s branding and then collateral, key marketing peices/brochures, presentations, org models, social media guidelines and templates, website, i honestly think google slides and canva should be part of any standard package, but it will depend on what they use now. look at what you did for both HEBSV and VOW (and even CFMC) and see how that translates to small and medium.
